Job Description

Expert Law, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for converting potential clients into clients by providing exceptional customer service and promoting Expert Law's legal services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Utilize inbound leads and make outgoing calls to potential clients to convert them into clients.
  • Sales and Business Development: Sell Expert Law's legal services to customers, increase order value, and introduce new promotions, products, and product groups.
  • Lead Management: Manage all leads via the company's CRM to ensure timely follow-up and maximum conversion rates.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management, including sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Develop a strong understanding of immigration law and procedures, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record in telesales or sales roles, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Time Management: Ability to work accurately to timescales and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Sales Focus: Drive to deliver against targets and achieve sales goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Basic Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum.
  • Commission and Bonus: OTE £30K - £35K per annum, including a bonus scheme and performance-based incentives.
Work Environment:
  • Full-time Position: Monday to Friday, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and sales results.
