About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Channel Partnership Manager to join our team at SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment | Certified B Corporation™. As a Channel Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform partnership strategies
  • Develop and manage partner agreements and contracts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a channel partnership or sales leadership role in the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of the retail and finance sectors, with a focus on data analytics and AI
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000, with uncapped double OTE
  • A flexible working arrangement, with 1/2 a week in shared offices in London or with our partners
