Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Partnership Manager to join our team in the Benelux region. As a key member of our channel sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Benelux region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Mentor and inspire a team of channel sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with regional business heads and cross-functional teams to align channel partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong executive relationships with key partners to ensure mutual growth and success.
  • Drive partner program enhancements, including incentive models, enablement strategies, and performance metrics, to maximize partner engagement and revenue generation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS or channel sales, with a focus on strategic partnership management.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing high-impact partner strategies.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Native level written and oral communication skills in Dutch.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • SaaS background is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of software and services alliances.
