About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Channel Partnerships efforts in EMEA. As Principal Channel Partnerships EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our sales and market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategies to grow our Channel Partnerships business in EMEA, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners to optimize sales performance and expand our product market reach.
  3. Assist in establishing global commercial policies for existing and new Channel Partners.
  4. Support the development of a joint sales intelligence and metrics/KPI infrastructure across the company using Salesforce.com.
  5. Understand the partners' needs and current workflow, and advise them on the relevant use of our software, index products, and risk models.
  6. Liaise between all corporate functions, including product, legal, and finance.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar background.
  2. At least 8+ years of financial market experience, sales, and sales engineering.
  3. Experience selling sophisticated financial software solutions into the buy-side or sell-side.
  4. A strategic and commercial mindset paired with a positive attitude.
  5. Travel: 15 - 30%.
