Job Title: Channel Partnerships Specialist

Castille is seeking a skilled Channel Partnerships Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a Channel Partnerships Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with mid-tier IT consultancies, system integrators, digital agencies, and VADs/VARs in the UK and Ireland.

Your primary objective will be to help build a strong channel partner ecosystem for Castille's Vetted network of specialist talent. You will be responsible for signing on and activating existing channel partner relationships, as well as nurturing the activated accounts with high-level account management for longer-term growth.

To achieve this, you will need to have a strong network of relationships in mid-tier IT consultancies or managed service providers in the UK and Ireland, having already worked in such ecosystems at vendors or VADs/VARs. You will also need to be able to fix workshops with a minimum of 4 qualified leads per month and secure at least one activation per month from month 2.

The successful candidate will have an attractive consultancy fee structure and will be working on a B2B service agreement. The UK program commencement date is 1st October 2024.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help build a strong channel partner ecosystem for Castille's Vetted network of specialist talent.
  • Sign on and activate existing channel partner relationships.
  • Nurture the activated accounts with high-level account management for longer-term growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong network of relationships in mid-tier IT consultancies or managed service providers in the UK and Ireland.
  • Ability to fix workshops with a minimum of 4 qualified leads per month.
  • Ability to secure at least one activation per month from month 2.
