Channel Partnerships Opportunity

Castille is seeking a skilled Channel Partnerships professional to join our team and help build a strong ecosystem of mid-market IT consultancies and managed service providers in the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will have a strong network of relationships in the industry and experience in high-level commercial work. They will be responsible for introducing, securing, and activating channel partner relationships into Castille's platform, as well as nurturing activated accounts for longer-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a channel partner ecosystem for Castille in the UK and Ireland.
  • Sign on and activate existing channel partner relationships.
  • Nurture activated accounts with high-level account management.

Objective and KPI:

  • Help build a strong channel partner ecosystem for Castille's vetted network of specialist talent.
  • KPIs include fixing workshops with a minimum of 4 qualified leads per month and securing at least one activation per month from month 2.

Terms:

  • Attractive consultancy fee structure.
  • B2B Service agreement.
  • UK program commencement date - 1st October 2024.
