Channel & Partnership Development Manager

This role involves overseeing all relationships and sales efforts with our channel partners, including direct client-facing responsibilities mainly for strategic business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategies for building new and existing partnerships in the CEE region.
- Leading strategic sales and account management efforts together with partners.
- Evaluating the financial and non-financial benefits and risks of new and existing partnerships.
- Tracking, reporting, and optimizing the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues and executing solutions.
Fluency in at least one of the following languages is required: Russian, Polish, Czech, and Romanian.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS sales/business development is required, with 4+ years being an advantage.
Strong sales background with a track record of success from opportunity to close is essential.
Account and quota planning skills, as well as the ability to take a project from start to finish, are also required.
