Channel Partner Manager Overview



The Channel Partner Manager is a key role in driving ACV revenue through co-sell initiatives with the partner ecosystem, focusing on revenue growth, client satisfaction, and partnership performance.



This position requires a strong understanding of enterprise software sales, partner relationship management, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing a partner channel ecosystem, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering complex client solutions.



Responsibilities include cultivating close and mutually beneficial relationships with designated partners, developing executive business plans and strategies, and ensuring compliance with product or integration certification programs.



The Channel Partner Manager will also be responsible for enabling partner success by facilitating and deploying enablement and support resources, tools, and programs.



Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or a related field.



Strong networking skills, with the ability to remove barriers between teams to enable them to complete their objectives, are essential. Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to listen carefully and communicate effectively within a diverse environment, are also required.



The Channel Partner Manager will work closely with the partner team and leadership, as well as executives across the company, to drive business growth and success.
