As a Channel Partnership Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction for our AI data analytics provider. With a channel-only model, they've made significant strides in the retail and finance verticals, and now they're looking for a seasoned professional to take the lead on key relationships.

About the Role:

Take ownership of strategic partnerships with major retailers, driving sales of the data analytics platform into their 1000+ customers. Collaborate with the SLT team to ensure seamless handover and support partners in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize channel performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a channel/partner manager role in technology, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop targeted solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000, with uncapped double OTE
  • Flexible working arrangements, with 1/2 a week in shared offices in London or with partners
