Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Book meeting rooms and arrange refreshments as needed
  • Arrange couriers and post, requiring a moderate level of physical activity
  • Administer the company car fleet and support the HR and Facilities teams
  • Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working on a busy reception desk
  • Ability to lift boxes and perform physical tasks as required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
