- Manage an absent consultants sales desk and all correspondence with clients
- Check booking confirmations & monitor accuracy
- Monitor standards of administration on bookings
- Assist with the training of new staff
- Quality control the general administration work of the teams
- Assist the Sales Manager with weekly / monthly tasks & reports
- Liaise with internal departments & external suppliers
- Must have been travelling
