We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Watford. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate sales activities, including managing sales pipelines, tracking customer interactions, and analyzing sales data
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service
  3. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, managing databases, and coordinating meetings
  4. Liaise with the accounts department to ensure seamless coordination and accurate financial records
  5. Log new opportunities into Salesforce and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  6. Create and maintain client versions of quotes, price lists, and supplier contact information
  7. Manage logistics for special projects, including coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery
  8. Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships
  9. Provide support to the Senior Account Manager and Sales Administration Team, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing administrative assistance
