About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administration Coordinator to join our team at Smart 10 Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the management and sales teams in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and distribute all sales enquiries to staff
  • Manage an absent consultants sales desk and all correspondence with clients
  • Check booking confirmations & monitor accuracy
  • Monitor standards of administration on bookings
  • Assist with the training of new staff
  • Quality control the general administration work of the teams
  • Assist the Sales Manager with weekly / monthly tasks & reports
  • Liaise with internal departments & external suppliers
