Position Overview

An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a Band 3 Administrative Coordinator within the Clinical Administration Unit at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, specifically within the ENT division.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid array of administrative skills, including familiarity with medical terminology and proficiency in audio transcription. The ability to effectively manage your schedule and collaborate within a team environment is also essential. Applicants should exhibit confidence, self-motivation, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational abilities, along with a willingness to adapt to various responsibilities.

It is expected that candidates hold relevant qualifications in secretarial or audio typing, with prior experience in the NHS or medical field being advantageous.

A typing assessment will be part of the selection process.

Job Duties
