Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional first impressions for customers through effective communication and handling of telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries.
- Marketing Support: Assist with the marketing of properties, including coordinating the booking of advertising, brochure production, signage, and PR.
- IT System Management: Liaise with the sales teams to ensure the smooth sale of all properties by accurately managing IT systems.
