This role reports to the Head of Marketing & Business Development, with indirect reporting line to the PR Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
The Business Development and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Producing monthly briefs and client listening reports
- Uploading data into the Acuigen system and Review Solicitors for post-matter client surveys
- Assisting with the updating of the company website and social media channels
- Producing monthly SOB reports for each department
- Managing the inbox, a daily task that involves handling new enquiries from the website and Live Chat
- Assisting with filming and editing of videos
- Creating designed images on Canva for use on social media
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience of using InDesign, Canva, or other similar design software
- Strong data management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a well-organised work style
- Self-motivation and ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, planning time and priorities
- Competent numerical skills and good grasp of the English language
- Good social skills, including tact, patience, understanding, and persuasiveness
