Senior Marketing and Business Growth Lead

As a Senior Marketing and Business Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing market presence for NFU Mutual's Tunbridge Wells and Flimwell agencies. Your role will involve developing and executing the local marketing strategy, leading and mentoring a team of business development executives, and collaborating with experts from NFU Mutual's central marketing team and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: You will own the local marketing strategy, ensuring all activities align with NFU Mutual's business objectives and brand values.
- Lead Business Development Executives: You will lead and mentor a team of business development executives, guiding their efforts to generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
- Collaborate with Experts: You will have access to additional support from NFU Mutual's central marketing team, while also bringing your own creative vision and leadership to life.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position with 25 days holiday increasing with length of service, plus bank holidays and two additional days over Christmas.
- The salary for this role is estimated to be £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- You will also receive private medical insurance, pension contributions, and access to funded external training.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in marketing, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Experience in leading and managing a team, with a focus on business development and growth.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus but not essential.
