About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Leader to lead our sales team and drive business expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent communication and influencing skills, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve agreed financial objectives.
  • Coach and train sales personnel to improve their job performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control the sales prospect system, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates.
  • Promote and maintain a customer-centric culture, meeting or exceeding manufacturer and dealership expectations.
  • Provide regular business reports to management, highlighting departmental performance and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and standards within the Finance & Insurance department.

Requirements
  • Proven sales management experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Experience developing sales teams and individuals in a similar context.
  • Familiarity with working in the automotive retail sector.
  • Previous experience with similar profile brands is advantageous.
