Your Role

As an Assistant Agent of NFU Mutual, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing new business relationships. Your key responsibilities will include growing the existing portfolio, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the development of a robust business strategy. You will achieve this by utilizing your leadership expertise, strong management skills, and passion for customer care.

Salary and Benefits

As a self-employed Assistant Agent, your earnings will be based on the agency's performance. You can expect to earn an estimated £95,000 in the first year, with uncapped earning growth built into the agency's financial structure. In addition to your salary, you will have access to a range of support services from NFU Mutual, including sales, marketing, and financial planning.
