Business Development Opportunity:

Always Candid is seeking a Food Sales Executive to drive business growth and develop new relationships within the food manufacturing industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading international supplier, producer and distributor of food ingredient products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in food sales, commercial experience with food products, and the ability to develop and grow relationships and accounts. They will also be able to analyse sales data, communicate with clients, and demonstrate leadership to achieve sales targets.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our sales team to develop forecasting accuracy, build and develop customer databases, and plan direct marketing activities. You will also be responsible for conducting product training, performing quality checks on product and service delivery, and participating in sales events.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and qualify commercial opportunities, chase referrals and prepare strategies to grow revenue and customers
* Develop forecasting accuracy and build and develop customer databases
* Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
* Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
* Conduct product training
* Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
* Participate in sales events
* Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

Requirements:
* Proven track record in food sales
* Commercial experience with food products required
* Strong analytical skills
* Good planning and organisational skills, with strong focus on rigorous execution
* Excellent communication and presentation skills

The Package:
* Full-time, Permanent,
* Salary up to £50,000 – depending on experience
