About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in Royal Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.
