About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Revenue Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent communication and influencing skills, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement revenue-growth strategies to achieve agreed financial objectives.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, focusing on excellence in customer service.
- Monitor and control the sales prospect system, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates.
- Promote a customer-centric culture, meeting or exceeding manufacturer and dealership expectations.
- Provide regular business reports to management, highlighting departmental performance and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and standards within the Finance & Insurance department.
