We are a family-owned business with an established presence in the international events sector, serving esteemed clients worldwide.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity as a Sales Executive will see you take the lead in collaborating with our Event Manager and Exhibition Director to develop and implement a successful sales marketing plan. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate sales leads while following up on opportunities with both new and existing clients.

You will play a pivotal role in optimizing personal revenue pipelines, ensuring the maximization of all new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's business plan to increase revenue.

Your key responsibilities will include managing key customer accounts, cultivating strong working relationships, and monitoring market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly. You will also be required to monitor and report on the department's performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

In collaboration with the team, you will develop and implement successful plans to support the sales process. Furthermore, you will participate in international events when necessary.

Requirements:
  1. Fluent Italian language skills (spoken and written).
  2. Experience in B2B Sales or Business Development – Essential.
  3. A desire to succeed within a dynamic events environment.
  4. Open to fast-paced change, being adaptable to new and evolving situations.
  5. The ability to handle pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills and articulate communication.
  7. Driven, motivated, and prepared to maximize the opportunity.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, plus commission, and a unique chance to grow with our company.
