At TPS, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team and drive business growth across the UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and building strong relationships with our network of independent garages and bodyshops.

TPS is a leading provider of high-quality Genuine Parts and products to independent garages and bodyshops, ensuring they can service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. Our national network of TPS Centres has a strong presence across the UK.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and grow market share. They will manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets and build strong relationships with our network partners to increase sales and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements:
Proven sales management experience in a similar industry.
