About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Marketing Coordinator to join our residential sales team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth marketing of high-end properties within the Tunbridge Wells area and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • First Impressions: Provide exceptional customer service by handling telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing Coordination: Assist with the marketing of properties, including coordinating the booking of advertising, brochure production, signage, and public relations.
  • Sales Team Support: Liaise with the sales teams to ensure the smooth sale of all properties by accurately managing IT systems and ensuring compliance with signed terms of business.
  • Compliance and Administration: Ensure all files are compliant with regulatory requirements, prepare agency agreements, and gather compliance documentation for property ownership structures.
  • Web Listings and Office Management: Monitor and refresh property web listings, maintain the office web page, and perform general office administration tasks.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Process invoices, manage diaries, arrange appointments and viewings, and assist with local events.
