Job Title: Customer Relationship Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Team Leader to join our team at Adam Equipment Co Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage customer relationships through regular communication, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify areas of opportunity for growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the CSO/Global Sales Director and EMEA Marketing Manager to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of customer acquisition and retention.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM software.
