Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Team Leader

Reports To: CSO/Global Sales Director

Location: Adam Equipment Head Office, Milton Keynes/Hybrid

Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages beneficial (French, German, Spanish)

Salary and Bonus: Competitive salary and performance-based bonus (£25,000 - £35,000)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (office-based/hybrid role)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Team Leader to join our team at Adam Equipment Co Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth, and increasing customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer-centric relationship management strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates
  • Oversee customer retention processes and interact with new, existing, and potential customers on a regular basis
  • Support sales functions to help customers and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Use Zoho CRM to manage relationships, collect and analyze customer data, and develop new ways to meet customers' needs
  • Handle customer complaints and oversee interactions between customers and key team members
  • Create and execute retention campaigns and work closely with the Marketing team to develop marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to improve the customer experience
  • Coordinate with upper management to inform them of recurring issues with products or services

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Social and emotional awareness to tailor interactions for individual customers
  • Extensive product knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate well with other customer care team members
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
  • Technology skills in Zoho CRM software
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels
  • Self-motivated to win business
  • Scale industry experience a plus
  • Bilingual in multiple languages a definite plus
