Job Title: Customer Experience Team Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Team Leader to join our team at Rightmove. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including managing workloads, monitoring service levels, and ensuring the team has the resources to meet targets.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, recurring issues, and inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure the team meets service KPIs, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for team members, recognizing excellence and addressing performance challenges to foster growth.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, ensuring tasks are prioritized, deadlines are met, and team members stay on track.
- Resilience and determination to navigate challenges while maintaining high standards for yourself and your team.
