Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Team Management Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, increasing customer satisfaction and retention rates, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement effective customer relationship management strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and sales growth.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on customer satisfaction, sales growth, and team performance.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Personal Qualities: Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a hunter mentality.
