Customer Relationship Manager

Role Overview
Rightmove is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our Commercial business unit. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact existing customers to establish and maintain relationships via phone and video.
- Understand customer needs to identify and conduct relevant training to support the partnership.
- Interpret and explain customer performance data using internal tools to add value and demonstrate ROI.
- Achieve weekly KPIs and performance metrics relevant to business requirements.
- Deliver new Rightmove initiatives and business campaigns to customers.
- Liaise with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for customers.
- Regularly share learnings with colleagues and key stakeholders to enhance service and product offering.
- Consistently create a positive sentiment and build value with our customers.
- Record information in relevant databases and ensure CRM's are kept up to date.
- Respond to new prospects with relevant information after gaining an understanding of their business.
