Client Relationship Specialist

We are looking for a Client Relationship Specialist to manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, managing and maintaining relationships.
- Develop strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
