Customer Relationship Specialist

Finning Canada is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to manage a portfolio of Industrial and Waste customer accounts in the South of the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new revenue opportunities, and achieving annual sales targets.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Cultivate Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and strategic planning.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify new opportunities to grow revenue and achieve annual sales targets.
- Report and Forecast: Prepare and submit monthly activity reports to guide strategic goals and forecasting.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales and customer account management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail in planning and reporting.
We offer a competitive salary (£55,000 per annum) and attractive commission structure, as well as 25 days holiday, life insurance, up to 7% pension, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
