Customer Engagement Specialist

The Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. This will involve working closely with the marketing team to devise the content calendar for campaigns, leveraging market insights, trends, and research to inform content strategy for CRM. The ideal candidate will have a background in CRM, with experience working in a regulated industry such as financial services. Knowledge of a marketing automation platform, ideally Hubspot, is also essential.
