Job Title: Customer Service Support Specialist

This role involves providing administrative support to the Supply Chain operations and offering exceptional customer service as part of the Customer Service Team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls, handle inquiries, and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Liaise with the Customer Service Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Logistics Manager for seamless coordination.
  • Assist the Field team with customer/order information and maintain accurate records.
  • Process sales quotations, orders, and invoices on our ERP system.
  • Maintain organized filing of relevant Sales documents and perform general office duties.
  • Monitor stock levels and keep customers informed about order status.
  • Maintain contact lists and general information in the CRM system.
  • Provide general support to visitors and guests.
Your Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and administration.
  • Proficiency in using ERP software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and priority management skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly proactive.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team and other departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

For this role, we estimate an annual salary range of £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
