Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Ascendant Recruitment. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective customer service via telephone and email
- Maintain accurate customer information on our in-house systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and issues
- Offer sales advice and support on new and replacement orders
- Work closely with delivery partners to resolve shipping errors and discrepancies
- Foster a culture of professionalism, honesty, and excellent communication with our customers
