Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Getronics. As a key member of our Customer Incident Centre, you will be responsible for ensuring timely solutions to semi-technical problems for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer support calls and provide effective follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including Remote Technical Specialists, Incident Planners, and Team Leaders, to communicate technical or problem resolution status to customers.
  • Identify patterns and provide feedback to improve processes, products, and systems.
  • Document and verify incident records and customer profiles.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of assigned products and technologies.
