Customer Invoicing Support Executive

We're seeking a skilled Customer Invoicing Support Executive to join our dedicated Customer Experience team. As the go-to support for invoice-related queries, you'll use your excellent communication skills to help our customers feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Invoice Support team to provide timely, accurate support for both internal and external customers.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice questions, working closely with other Rightmove teams to provide clear and accurate responses.
  • Liaise with the Finance department when needed to gain insights that will help you respond to complex customer invoice queries.
  • Encourage customers to switch to e-mail invoicing, explaining its benefits and aligning with Rightmove's environmental goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer payer details and account information, ensuring invoices reach the correct recipient every time.
  • Support Account Managers by answering general invoice inquiries and directing them to the appropriate teams when necessary.
