Customer Account Coordinator

About the Role:
The Direct Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the Direct Sales team, ensuring the smooth management and delivery of vehicles to corporate customers for Mercedes-Benz Vans. This role is a customer account manager, responsible for direct sales customers, including Enterprise Rental, Dawsons, and Northgate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer email inboxes, responding to requests, answering queries, and scheduling deliveries.
- Allocate registrations and tax vehicles.
- Prepare and dispatch customer invoices.
- Coordinate shipping and vehicle delivery logistics.
- Manage vehicle damage between the port and customer.
- Create and manage OZEV vehicle claims.
- Support contingency approvals and systems testing.
- Upload vehicles to an online showroom.
- Liaise with direct sales customers to promote online showroom volume.
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in administration or a similar role in a large company.
- Self-motivation and ability to work in a pressurized environment.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly and retain information.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-organization and resilience.
- Good MS Office skills, including Excel and V-LOOKUP function.
