Customer Service Representative

Xero is a cloud-based accounting platform that empowers small businesses and their advisors to grow and thrive. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support and guidance to our customers, helping them to get the most out of Xero.
Our team works together to provide 24/7 support to Xero users, and we are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customers, as well as escalating priority issues and assisting in their prompt resolution.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals. If you have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to customers, helping them to get the most out of Xero.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, escalating priority issues as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Experience Team to provide 24/7 support to Xero users.
- Stay up-to-date with changes and training within Xero, ensuring that you can continue to provide great service to our customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service environment and working to service levels and quality targets.
- Demonstrated experience in efficient problem-solving and resolution.
- Accounting or bookkeeping qualification (or working towards) essential.
- Clear and concise communication, both written and on the phone.
- Confidence to make outbound proactive phone calls.
