Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Campaign Manager to join our team at Domino's UK & Ireland. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing personalized campaigns across multiple channels to drive order frequency and retention.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role based in either Milton Keynes or Manchester, with approximately one day per week spent working from our support centre. You will work closely with our CRM Manager to plan, execute, and measure the success of our campaigns, utilizing your skills in time management, quality assurance, and informed decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Creative, Trading, Data Analytics, and Franchisee Relations, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Design and execute omnichannel campaigns using Braze, with a focus on delivering impactful and measurable results.
  • Support peers in Quality Assurance to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Utilize workflow/project management systems to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into feasible and impactful CRM deliverables.
  • Proficiency in writing dynamic content logic and HTML.
