Job Description

We seek an experienced Network Engagement Manager to join our team at the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive network engagement strategy, focusing on building strong relationships with investors and retailers across all VWUK brands, including Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT, Škoda, CUPRA, Trade Parts, and Accredited Repair Centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Annual Plans: Collaborate with the brand to create and maintain annual plans of engagement activity across all qualification pathways, ensuring coordinated delivery to achieve successful qualifications and maximise course utilisation.
  • Analyse Investor Feedback: Initiate analysis of investor feedback and performance data to identify opportunities and risks, taking necessary actions to address underperformance or highlight potential.
  • Forecast Performance: Create and maintain a performance forecast distributed to relevant stakeholders, identifying requirements for reporting and recommending reports for inclusion in the business intelligence tool.
  • Undertake Scenario-Based Planning: Conduct ad-hoc scenario-based re-planning activity in response to changing business needs.
  • Drive Network Engagement Measures: Devise, plan, and monitor a structured investor and retailer review plan for the Specialist team to deploy, ensuring centrally documented actions and follow-up measures of success.
About You

We are seeking an individual with proven experience in preparing strategic plans, operational planning, and execution to deliver business results. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in influencing senior stakeholders
  • High adaptability and resilience
  • Strong people management skills in a B2B account management/sales environment
  • Commercial awareness and ability to make decisions at pace
  • Experience in performance analysis, scenario planning, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance of £328 per month (£3,936 per year). In addition, we offer 25 days paid annual leave and a comprehensive employee benefits package, including High Street discounts, online GP services, and a welfare scheme.
