We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Membership Bespoke, a specialist recruitment organisation in the UK that offers a dedicated service tailored to the needs of Trade Associations, Unions, Professional and Regulatory Bodies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of the member life cycle, including customer relationship management and customer service delivery. This will involve managing membership renewals and engagement, processing payments and general queries, and responding to and screening enquiries by telephone and email.

You will also be responsible for following up on membership referrals and leads, creating a seamless joining journey and onboarding experience for new members. Additionally, you will oversee each stage of the member journey, supporting members with their professional progression through the promotion of their training and courses.

Key responsibilities will include administering member services and training courses, such as face-to-face and online courses, qualifications, and sourcing training venues. You will interact with learners, delegates, and trainers/providers on learning-related activities and update the CRM system using data from the CRM to provide regular reports on membership acquisition, engagement, and retention.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and have excellent customer service skills. They will possess strong verbal and communication skills, both internally and externally, and be able to prioritize their workload and meet tight deadlines. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as is proficiency in IT/Microsoft skills.
