Job Title: Customer Relationship Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Team Leader to join our team at Adam Equipment Co Ltd. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to increase customer retention and drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and interaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to customer-facing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we are always providing the best possible service to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
