Job Title: Customer Relationship Team Leader

Reports To: CSO/Global Sales Director

Location: Adam Equipment Head Office, Milton Keynes/Hybrid

Job Type: Full-time

Language: Fluent in English, additional languages beneficial (French, German, Spanish)

Salary: Competitive salary and Performance-Based Bonus (£25,000 - £35,000)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5pm (office based/hybrid)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Team Leader to join our team at Adam Equipment Co Ltd. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-centric Relationship Management with a proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction and retention rates
  • Oversee customer retention processes and interact with new, existing, and potential customers on a regular basis
  • Support sales functions and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Utilize the CRM system (ZOHO) to manage relationships, collect and analyze customer data, and develop new ways to meet customers' needs
  • Handle customer complaints and oversee interactions between customers and key team members
  • Create and execute retention campaigns and work closely with the Marketing team to develop marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to improve the customer experience
  • Coordinate with upper management to inform them of recurring issues with products or services

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Social and emotional awareness to tailor interactions for individual customers
  • Extensive product knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate well with other customer care team members
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
  • Technology skills in Zoho CRM software
  • Impeccable customer services skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels
  • Self-motivated to win business
  • Scale industry experience a plus
  • Bilingual in multiple languages a definite plus
