Role Overview

  • Elevate Haleon's field force design to industry-leading standards.
  • Advance field management through enhanced training tools and methodologies.
  • Connect field team productivity with sales outcomes to ensure market success.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Craft and structure sales force effectiveness strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Direct channel coverage initiatives in accordance with regional performance indicators.
  • Develop a comprehensive framework for field force management that incorporates technology and skillsets.
  • Execute the Perfect Store initiative throughout the region.
  • Lead the 'Next Best' journey for all business units and markets.
  • Design field force capability enhancement programs and sales incentive structures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales force effectiveness, channel management, or fast-moving consumer goods sales.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thought processes.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry data analysis tools.
  • Prior experience in sales or analytics is advantageous.
