About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance & Productivity Lead to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving simplicity and transparency in field management through upskilling tools and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and organize the quantitative and qualitative effectiveness of our sales force to meet business objectives.
  • Lead channel coverage strategy, linking Haleon's and regional (EMEA-L) KPIs.
  • Create a blueprint for field force management, linking technological and capability evolution to KPI maturity framework.
  • Develop a clear roadmap and drive implementation of the Perfect Store program across the region.
  • Help all Business Units and markets traverse the 'Next Best' journey, from segmentation, targeting, PICOS, Advocacy to full commercial management of the store.
  • Drive ambition in 3/1 through thought leadership and long-term vision for field force management.
  • Develop a field force capability program and playbook to support adoption of all execution tools and processes in conjunction with the NRM Performance Hub.
  • Manage the GLOBAL sales incentive plan translation and effectiveness, actively working with HR and business units.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant experience in SFE or channel management or FMCG sales.
  • Knowledge of FMCG and/or Mass Market Channel.
  • Strong influencing skills, able to influence teams outside of direct control.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong in strategic, analytical, and logical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Specific knowledge of market or of other similar/adjacent segments.
  • Knowledge of industry's data analysis software (Nielsen/IQVIA/NewLine).
  • Previous Sales experience/analytics experience.
