Sales Effectiveness Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Effectiveness Manager to join our team at Green Recruitment Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Cleantech market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales efforts.
  4. Provide sales training and coaching to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Cleantech industry.
  2. Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to train and develop sales teams.
