Main Responsibilities

  • Craft and structure sales force effectiveness initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Oversee channel coverage strategies that align with regional performance indicators.
  • Develop a comprehensive framework for field operations that incorporates technology and skill sets.
  • Execute the Perfect Store initiative throughout the region.
  • Advance the 'Next Best' strategy for all business units and markets.
  • Design capability enhancement programs for the field force and sales incentive structures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales force effectiveness, channel management, or fast-moving consumer goods sales.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thought processes.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard data analysis tools.
  • Prior experience in sales or analytics is advantageous.
