The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), digital, and email marketing.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on target personas and key accounts to tailor campaigns effectively, ensuring messaging resonates with specific audience segments.
- Campaign Messaging and Content: Create and refine campaign messaging, develop email cadences, and produce high-quality content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and supports field and content marketing efforts.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with sales, field marketing, product and content teams to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned and contribute to the overarching goals of lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimise campaigns in real-time, using data-driven insights to adjust tactics, improve engagement, and maximise ROI.
- Integration and Alignment: Ensure all campaign activities are integrated with broader marketing strategies and contribute to a consistent, unified brand message across all channels.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in campaign management, with a focus on ABM, digital, and email marketing, preferably within the SaaS or eCommerce industry.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Research and Analytical Skills: Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to develop persona-based messaging and content.
- Digital Marketing Platforms: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Google), CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, SalesLoft).
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions.
- Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
