As a Sales Engineering Manager, you will oversee a global team engaged in technical business interactions alongside engineers and executives. Your team will collaborate closely with our engineering and internal sales divisions to deliver cutting-edge cyber-threat security solutions that enhance our clients' operational capabilities.

Responsibilities of Your Team

Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners and clients, engaging on a technical level to expedite deal closures in a fast-paced sales environment. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding all company products and services. During the qualification phase, ensure that Cybereason solutions align with the prospect's needs and assist the sales team in technical assessments. Clearly articulate and showcase Cybereason solutions, positioning our offerings against competitors through presentations and discussions with architectural teams, major business lines, and C-Level executives. Comprehend the Attack life cycle and identify how Cybereason solutions effectively address and mitigate these challenges. Deliver presentations at high-profile speaking engagements, including seminars and trade shows. Connect with a diverse range of technical personnel and managers within customer environments.

Qualifications We Seek

Minimum of 3 years of management experience, with a proven track record in a pre-sales engineering role within an Endpoint Security, Enterprise Networking, or IT Security solutions provider. Experience managing international teams with a strong understanding of cultural diversity. Ability to lead, inspire, and develop talented team members in their career paths. Comprehensive knowledge of security industry trends, products, solutions, IT governance, risk management, endpoint solutions, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with Endpoint Security in relation to the Attack life Cycle. Experience collaborating closely with pre-sales and sales teams. Strategic mindset towards technical selling, with a professional grasp of customer expectations. Highly driven self-starter. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, focusing on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques. Outstanding presentation and demonstration capabilities.
